【產(chǎn)品原文引用】Based on the manufacturers’ instructions, the cell culture supernatant cytokine (IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α) concentrations were determined with a commercially available ELISA kit (Shanghai Hengyuan Biological Technology CO., Ltd, Shanghai China). ALT and AST level in cell culture supernatant were determined using ALT and AST assay kits.

【產(chǎn)品原文引用】The 17-b estradiol SFPS (8 10 mm) were immersed in 4 ml ofPBS solution and incubated at 37 C with gentle shaking (50 rpm).At specific time points, the 3 ml PBS solution was collected and used for the estimation of released E2 using ELISA assay (17-b E2 ELISA kit, Shanghai Hengyuan Biological). The scaffolds were then replenished with 3 ml of fresh PBS. This process was repeated untilthe completion of the study.
